Inmunohistoquímica

La inmunohistoquímica (IHQ) es una técnica esencial en el análisis de tejidos, que permite detectar la presencia y localización de proteínas específicas mediante anticuerpos marcados. Se aplica ampliamente en muestras de tejidos como mama, próstata, pulmón, vejiga, riñón, entre otros y tiene un impacto fundamental en la clasificación, diagnóstico y pronóstico del cáncer.

Su importancia radica en que permite diferenciar tipos de tumores, identificar marcadores predictivos y seleccionar terapias dirigidas. En conjunto, la inmunohistoquímica guía decisiones clínicas precisas y mejora significativamente el manejo de los pacientes oncológicos.
